Our signature massage uses a combination of medium pressure Swedish massage techniques based on your individual needs.

Deeper and stronger massage strokes reach, identify and relieve underlying trigger points and/or adhesion that can lead to muscle pain and limited mobility.

Bring balance to your mind, body and spirit with warm, smooth basalt stones strategically placed on energy points to help the body relax and reduce stress. Warm stones of varying shapes will also be used throughout you massage by your therapist.

This treatment includes deep passive stretching of the muscles and joints. With each stretch a combination of therapeutic massage with hot Baltic stones and warm arnica oil we be applied to surrounding muscle groups to increase flexibility while reducing stiff and sore muscles of the back, hamstrings, or sciatica soreness.

The wonderful luxurious massage uses warm bamboo shoots and rattan tools of different sizes. They are applied with soothing rhythmic strokes to tight, stressed and spasmed muscles.
