Spa Helpful Hints
If you have a medical condition such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities, or any condition that may be contraindicated for heat therapies, massage or skin care, please inform the receptionist or service provider prior to booking your service. All guests will fill out a brief medical questionnaire prior to receiving services.

If you are unsure of the type of treatment that will be best for you, our receptionist will be happy to assist you.

Your comfort is our number one goal. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with the room temperature and/or massage pressure.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards

Children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Spa Etiquette SHOULD I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY TREATMENTS?
To ensure availability we recommend that appointments for services be made as far in advance as possible.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SPA APPOINTMENT?
We hope you do not have to cancel, but if you do, please give us at least 24-hour notice to avoid a 50% charge. When booking spa packages, we require a credit card be kept on file and ask for a 48 hour cancellation notice. Any package reservations that are cancelled outside of these times will be charged to the credit card on file. Any reservations that are part of a service series, or those that are booked with a gift certificate/gift card, will be deducted from any remaining balance.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear whatever is comfortable. If you are having multiple services, we will provide you with a spa robe, slippers and a tote for your personal items.

SHOULD MEN SHAVE BEFORE A FACIAL?
Yes, we recommend that men shave at least 2 hours before their facial.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved time. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD/CHILDREN WHILE I AM HAVING A SERVICE?
Although, Pure Indulgence loves your child(ren) this is a place of relaxation for you and our other patrons. We would prefer if you made other arrangements for them

SHOULD I TIP MY SERVICE PROVIDER? IF SO, HOW MUCH?
Tipping is optional, but appreciated. The average tip for a service rendered is 15% to 20%.
