Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (AOBT) is an adaptation of an ancient form of barefoot massage using deep compression gliding strokes over the body with the therapist's feet, while using overhead bars for support and balance. This modality is like no other massage you have ever experienced. AOBT is especially effective for the back, shoulders, glutes and hamstrings. This technique is shown to increase the intervertebral disc space resulting in fluidity of movement and pain relief.
